Data collected includes information you provide via our contact form or email (name, email address, phone number, and message content). Providing this data is necessary for SYLBEN to process your contact request or application; SYLBEN cannot process your request without it.

SYLBEN processes your data only for the time required to achieve the purposes above. Data is retained:
- For the duration of processing your request when submitted via the contact email, and in any event for a maximum of 3 years;
- For 2 years from the submission of your application or last contact;
- For 13 months from the date cookies are placed on your device;
- For 1 year from the date of a request for rectification, erasure, portability, or restriction of processing;
- For 6 years from the date of a request to exercise the right to object.

We take the security and confidentiality of your personal data very seriously. Your data is processed only by duly authorised SYLBEN personnel and by our service providers (e.g. our website hosting provider, IONOS).
